    Im coming up on my one year of OTR experience and I would like to get a local job in my area and I need help finding tanker companies that run fuel or other things locally. I'm looking for something in the Athens/Gainesville/Winder Ga area. Or if you guys know of any other companies that are any good I'm open to all suggestions although I would like to stay away from food service if I can. I currently run with a refrigerated company so I would need training on tanks or any other type of load. @Chinatown

    There is a company with a yard in Savannah that is based out of Jacksonville FL they MIGHT have something In your area too I can't remember the name of it right now. They run sleepers but home every weekend and a few times during the week I believe... It was one I had looked at briefly before other circumstances forced me to where I am now.

    It's called Florida rock and tank lines and they have terminals all over GA Florida and the southeast according to there map about 20 terminals probably just yards to do swaps not sure but you can call them and get the low down

    Florida rock is home every night. Or day depending if you are on day or night shift. The sleeper trucks are additive drivers they are home on the weekend. There is only 1-2 per terminal
