i would give any driver a break that hits a bridge as most of them arent marked properly, i believe theres a 12'4 bridge in brooklyn that trks go under, maybe it was 12'6, been awhile but when bridges arent marked properly what would anyone expect, oh thats right get out an look and hope you dont get shot lol

 

Not his fault...? A foot plus below van clearance. Clearly you'd think an attentive drive would sense something was off. But then instinct does come with experience.
