Check pressure to chambers compared to foot valve. The relay valve in back may be giving more than what you want from pedal
-
It has a bp-1 valve and its giving it full pressure. I mean if its empty i touch the pedal it locks the brakes up
-
Did you bypass proportion valve? That valve reduces pressure to rear brakes. You dont need one for a dump truck. But the rear relay valve. COuld be sending say 80lbs instead if 20lbs like your asking for. If you hook up a gauge and compare pressures it will tell you if relay valve is bad.

No i havent bypassed it and it seems like its giving it alot of pressure. Dont know how to bypass it. My bp relay only has one sevice line to the top. Not sure whats going on i didnt build the truck. But when its empty its scary to hit the brakes fast.
