If you're going to get the "metal" cert, be sure to get the "heavy" cert. Then you'll be heavy metal certified.

    Rock on...

Ok so metals teat again tomorrow.

I'm really good at taking tests so I'll just sit there until I pass.

But I need to be frugal as well still haven't found any study materials so a few questions...

What's the difrent between a direct and indirect tiedown?

Most coils I see AR on the spindle with a chain or strap through the eyelet but the test asks about if there layer down any ideas on that as well?
And can someone give me a better idea on the load rating stuff? I get a little sheet with the test of working load limits but to be frank, it's useless in relation to the questions due to lack of information on it

Also, when it talks about horizontal on the trailer do they mean side to side or front to back? (I'm not the greatest at that stuff haha)

@Boattlebot download this app to your smart phone. It has the new York metal coil test questions on it.

    Crosswise coils would be suicide.
    Lengthwise would be shotgun
