    G&F Oilfield Services of Laredo and Von Ormy, Tx. popped up for sale in the business section today. Filberto Lopez is selling everything, land, trucks, ( 40 vac ) ...all of it.

    Asking is 9.9 million / nego.

    If you work for this guy FYI....

    I have $3.28 in assorted coins, a chap-stik, and a partly melted grape jolly rancher that I forgot was in my pocket.....musta left my 9.9 million in my other pants.

    No debt listed....claims to have active MSA's with 15 or so operators. Likely trying to ride the new wave out after the lull. I would need to see his last 24 mos gross and his debt load.

    Water is running $2.00 a bbl here all done, .50 goes to the SWD so on the best day with the wind from the south $1.50 to the truck before the driver and fuel......a tight margin.

    Preferred Oilfield Services in Big Lake is liquidated and up for auction.. everything must be gone by may 3rd.

    There is another yard in big lake with a bunch of truck on it that is closed but can't remember the name.. and i am pretty certain a third vac truck company vanished as well.

    So it did pick up but time have changed and so did technology for water . NOW for the sand part... its another story . quite a few fat bellies on the Pilot parking lot nowadays
