    Refugee from NY State here.

    Of course it's a cash grab. NYS is the only thing keeping NYC afloat.

    Same deal with the tow truck endorsement, and the escort car permit......

    Head west, Boat....you don't have to live like that anymore.

    Sure is beautiful upstate, though.

    Some great bike roads up here but that's bout it. Hate the laws here.

    I'm a gun loving bike riding sob and can't do much of anything up here. To expensive and the laws suck

    I know. I finally pulled up the stakes and fled the scene.

    Much lower cost of living, plenty of trucking and wrenching jobs, and SHALL ISSUE CCW.

    I love the Buckeye state!

    Yes, still there. I moved here from Tennessee mainly because of the weather is good year round.
    I lived in Pensacola at one time; ex is from there. It used to be ok, but not so much now, in my opinion. I like the Gulf Coast of Texas much better. Lots of good tanker jobs along the Texas Gulf Coast.
