    Never even heard of needing it becuase my thinking was the same as yours.

    I have a valid class a and theirs a dot drug test to prove I was their that shold mean 2+2 equals passed

    Yes, that will also limit his choices. It has nothing the cert. requirement though.

    The way I see it, the topic is the certificate right now. Yes I hit a ditch it's not listed as a preventable acedent so I'm not treating it as such. Your opinion can be whatever you want on that but I'm treating it how it's listed.

    If it was up to the companies they wouldn't be disqualifying so many drivers but they have to go thru the proper channels which is safety then they submit your driving record to the insurance company and insurance then decides.

    The recruiter said they were trying to verify my experiance so I'm assuming the insurence is cool with stuck in the mud but I'm close to thier cutoff for amount of experiance
