Unless you are God or a really close relative forget about applying here! The nerve of these people to make me think I was qualified by talking over the phone and then wasting a hour for an online application only to get a call saying I've had too many jobs... three in the past eight years and I'm still employed at my third! What's wrong with looking for better opportunity?! Going from three weeks out to once a week?! You have to be so squeaky clean to work here I would never want that corporate b.s. every working day!!

You got off easy. They would have provided company issued knee pads for the interview.

Consider yourself lucky. That weekend home is 34 hours, then right back at it. At least on ptp. Ltl guys get a little more.

I'll bet they do they are always advertising on craigslist and they just had a open house here in leesport,pa.Eldiablo Thanks this.

I didn't know they advertise on CL.The op is one of hundreds that gets rejected.

18% last number I saw. Up from 14% the previous year but still low compared to the rest of the industry.
Leesport is a special case lol it has some unique challenges compared to the rest of the company. They just boot us NC drivers up there to pick up the slack then send us home at the end of the week.
The hometime issues seem to be specific to Arcadia and leesport. PTP out of NC we're getting 40-44hrs pretty consistently and staying busy.Toomanybikes Thanks this. -
Leesport wouldn't have near the issues if the NC guys weren't a bunch of whiners... just sayin. LolHeritage11 Thanks this.

It's not so bad if the loads are ready and they keep you moving when you're up there. I've had some really good weeks there but some really bad ones as well. Typical truck driving stuff you gotta be flexible and adapt. The problems there are more in the plant than on our end. Planning can only give us what they're given.
