From what I heard CH Robinson's loads are cheap and heavy. I plan on going through load boards.

I only Broker Loads with two companies Landstar & CHR. You always have to play the Deal game. As for CHR there are two Offices I deal with and they always give me a fair rate. They even call me through out the week for more work.

As far as thier dry Van loads go, therates are not the best, but if you get good with your local branch office, you'll find outbound loads that will pay better. They pay quick, and they have a good internet load board. Some of the loads turn out to be bad ones but most of the loads are thru large firms like Walmart, Rubbermaid, Purina, etc, etc. They are good to have around, just don't expect the rates to be that great.

The rates aren't bad and they pay in a reasonable amount of time.

we will like to know how loads achieved with robinson.

we are waiting for our own authority and trying to decide which broker or load board to use.

but for starters, does anyone know how it works with robinson?

when i was looking at the robinson's sample loadboard online, there is
an 800 phone number and a signup tab for each load that are listed. now once youdecide on a load, do you have to call the 1-800 number or you only have to get it confirmed online?
once you are unloaded, and the BOL is signed, how robinson likes you to return the BOL them?

    any helpful comments are welcome

i know i can call robinson and ask them, but i really want to hear from the drivers.

    thanks
