Ya they said the price tag went from like 1.5 billion up to 4 billion now I believe. And the guy said that's just n estimate. LOL So you know its going to be way more.

 

So, in IL terms that'll be about 10 billion? Evidently the huge tax surplus is burning a hole in their pockets.

 

Ya wasn't the toll road supposed to be free after the recouped the money it cost them to build it? I think that was 88 or was that for all of them?
