I have the same problem. Right out of training with Prime inc. and now i have 2 accidents and a fired on my dac all because i wont deal with the sexual abuse from the otr male trainers. Several of my class mates women and men have left the company for different types of abuse. Now my career has ended before it even started. I have my license, TWIK card and cant use it. Nobody will touch me. Id like some advice as well. Im stuck between a rock and a hard place.

What types of "sexual abuse" were you dealing with? Did you report it or try to deal with it on your own? Kinda need more details on what was reported by the company to help you out- especially about the "2 accidents" -
Go to one of these events and start talking to people.

The sexual abuse didn't cause the accidents. Not everybody is cut out to do this job. Those who will hire you. Aren't worth working for. Just try another industry. This industry sucks for job security. That's why they are constantly hiring. They should give people more then the two strikes and your out. But accidents cost companies lots of money and most are fighting for every penny they can get.
