Current policy is to start orientation on the first Monday or Tuesday (if a very small orientation class) after the start of a new pay period.

If orientation is not scheduled on May 29th and pushed to June instead it may be due to the HR manager, safety manager, and/or GTM being unavailable that week.

 

what if its a small class

 

Monroe doesn't just run Atlanta. You may leave out with your first load and be gone all week. Swift handles alot of monroes freight and are in and out a lot there. They could send you out with your first load and when you got empty with it. You could go anywhere. Walmart also has a center point (aka break bulk) off Moreland avenue south atl. I've picked up loads out of there that went along ways to other DC's

Just did 3 live unload grocery in Omaha Monday, 2 were neighborhood markets. What a joke. Nice design for straight trucks
