I would have taken it anyway.
Friend had a couple Mexicans hiding in the fairing. Got held up forever but they let him go. -
Was the seal one that had the shippers name on it?
Seems to me they would want to find out why it doesn't match before wasting any money moving it. Wrong load, tampered with load, so many possibilities. -
Possibly I didn't see the origin on our paperwork but it came from a forwarding company in Laredo going to a BridgestoneTexas_hwy_287 Thanks this.

Don't believe so it did have DF imprinted on it but I don't know who the shipper was in mexico

You're doing the right thing. Just get with your company and get a clearance. Normally you should not haul it if the seal number don't match what's on your bill. It could be going somewhere else.

Any trailer coming out of Mexico should be red flagged. These Mexicans would do anything for money. If you don't do a proper PTI and you fall in DOT hands you'll get a ticket. First, these Mexicans would replace the trailer tires and put some old tires there. So anytime you get a load and something is not right, don't move it unless you check everything and even the paperwork
