Have u replace the actuator/injector harness? & if so was it a cummins? I replaced one a few weeks back and it was a bad harness brand new from cummins

Have u replaced the actuator/ injector harness? If so was it a cummins? There's horror stories of new harnesses being bad....and they are true happened to me a few weeks ago

see if your mechanic has a test ecm maybe they can throw that one on. there is also a little ground fuse after that ecm just make sure that is not burned out sometimes those fuses burn and make all kind of dumb problems like this. the only other thing i could possible think of is that some sensor is shorting out and dropping you 5v ref circuit the only way to find this is disconnect sensors one by one.

It's possible that your ECM can be on it's way out. I have some N14 shop manuals, so I'll check them tonight for troubleshooting and wire diagrams. I'd guess a common ground amongst all those.

With that many sensor codes would look at common power feeds or common ground connections.
Or a bad sensor isn't allowing the ECM to diagnose problem.
I had 2 ECMs go bad. Both times I got the code on dash telling me they were bad 111 I think. A long with the red shut off light.
Check The fused ground wire from the top of the ecm to block as mentioned.
Not much worse than those electric gremlins.

Don't forget to check the wire to the fuel solenoid by the ECM. Had that wire come loose on me rolling through Palm Springs and shut the truck down right quick, and wouldn't fire.

@Bill-23 The wires that were snipped in the pic you posted wondering where it goes, I don't have that on my engine.
Both of the ports are plugged on mine. -
