If you can't drive over 45 mph on interstate this job may not be for you. If you wish to do 45 I suggest state roads although that won't help your case. 45 in a 65+mph zone is not safe.

There was a study done showing that a speed differential of 10mph increases the chance of being in an accident by 264% I am sure 20mph is much higher
.. so yes your low speed is a danger to the motoring public if you get rear ended by some dumb 4wheeler and only excuse for doing 45 you can come up with is that's as fast as you flt comfortable going while every other truck was traveling at or near the limit ... You will be enjoying 2 hots and a cot

Yes your right its your right to drive what ever speed you want however just keep in mind if your impeding traffic and causing a huge back log of cars and trucks then that is why you'll get the abuse we have the same issue where i live we don't have duel carriage ways and these grey nomads will just cruise along at a slow speed towing their caravans with no regard to the traffic that's building up behind them now it they had any common sense they'd pull over and let people through. If however your on a duel carriage way then it shouldn't be an issue there is an extra lane to overtake and away they go.

Just keep your lawful pace, whatever the lawfully posted limits are just lett'em flow around like you're a boulder in the middle of the creek..But yes, do not impede or try to run traffic to suit your pleasure, that can be dicey.....UNLAWFUL.
    No worries. ....

Honestly I was more comfortable at 110 down the highway than I was doing 30-35 in a congested industrial park when I first started out. Open road is 10x easier than tight streets IMO.
