After what happened with Enron and other companies that are listed on the stock exchange I wouldn't be surprised if the SEC has a hand in the investigation.

 

I think not in this administration.

 

It'll happen,rest assured. Anytime you have a company that's on the stock exchange nowadays and if there's any suspicion of misleading investors and what not the SEC will launch an investigation. And they're not as forgiving as other federal agencies.

 

Enron and Bernie Madoff went on for years. Both had whistle blowers ratting them out but no one would listen.

 

That reminds me. Enron. About a month before they totally and utterly imploded, I managed to get a big rig past the downtown that contained their headquarters. It was a difficult fit on those small streets but I made it happen. In those long lights I had plenty of time to ponder why are all these suits running about like it's freaking Wall Street in NYC?

Wal whadda know... Enron HQ group. I never did go back there, it was one of those one off towns.

I actually don't even think your a driver, you sound more like office staff.

 

Oh, and don't go thinking they are to big to fail.. That's how they grew. Buying up large companies that were failing...
Keep a pocket full of money and a credit card if and when the time comes.. That way you will have money to get home or to the new job...

 

But with these stories coming out, maybe that answers your post about not getting your holiday bonus?

 

That was before the SEC started seriously clamping down on such activity. Now,with what Madoff and what other people and some companies did the SEC is running a "kick *** and take names" operation,especially if there's insider trading going on.

 

14 years.. 6 with Celadon, the rest with another company. Is that enough experience for you?
