This is a little more serious than that. They have been playing fast and loose with their books. Their creditors could call their debts or the major owners of their stock could dump it all of the SEC decides to step in and raid them or something equally drastic. You should look for another job. These companies go down FAST and you will get stranded somewhere

Awesome! That's really good to hear! I always hear everyone saying they are doing so bad as an owner op.. i kinda think it's because they just didn't know what they were getting into; but, who knows?

I was with a company about 4 years ago that was brought down by lawsuit after lawsuit
They managed to hold off the cases with legal maneuvers for about 5 years , then it all caught up to them ...they 'reorganized ' ....and then went belly up a few months after that
final maneuver .
Celadon looks to be covered up in losses
Example fuel scam on the drivers :
The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court’s ruling that Indianapolis-based trucking firm Celadon Group Inc. must pay more than $4 million in a class-action suit filed by drivers over fuel costs.
The appeals court’s opinion, issued Tuesday, upholds a December 2014 ruling by Marion County Superior Court Judge Michael D. Keele.
Keele had ruled in favor of plaintiffs Charles Wilmoth and Kent Vassey, who originally filed the suit in 2013 on behalf of themselves and nearly 2,500 other owner/operator drivers for Celadon.
