Did you replace all four batteries? If so, what did you get? When I got my truck the first thing I had to do was replace all four batteries. 950 cold crank, to deal with starting in cold weather. My battery box looked a lot like yours before the change.

    blairandgretchen and Oxbow Thank this.

I'm speaking for everyone but pics of your first load behind the new truck please. I don't care if it's 2 cardboard boxes and a single stick of lumber.

Nice looking ride, hope it treats you well.

You can say that again, especially with Starqual in Rockford.

Oh, one thing that will happen fast, if you owe them money, they will take it from your settlement pretty fast.

Chicken lights and chrome don't make money... why is it guys who say that usually don't have any money and the peep window on their passenger door looks like a garbage pile depth indicator from the outside looking in? Lol

Not all of us driving plain Jane trucks are broke and rubbing cheap freight.

Personally I've always been able to see the difference between Billy bigrigger layin up chicken lights and jakin the parking lots and cats like these guys that are proud of their rigs and enjoy showing that pride. The reason I personally always drove a plain Jane truck is im just too dang lazy to mess with any more lights than I gotta but I do love me a sweet lookin rig driven by a cat I can learn somethin from, for shore.

Also, high five on the new ride Blair I'm right happy for you and mama, it's been a real treat vicariously sharing yalls journey so far.

There is a difference between "plain Jane " trucks and "pile of crap trucks"
My truck is old and going to make 1.7 million miles this year. A few chicken lights and a little shiney stuff , plus regular washes cost less than a payment on a new one.
Besides if I can keep getting enough of this $1.75 freight i am going to get durabrite wheels for the old girl
