so recently I have been playing the spot market a lot more and best calls seem 2 come in from brokers not setup with. So email me a packet. Print off the book. Sign the book. Scan into my laptop 1 page at a time. Then attach 2 email and send. Takes fovever. I just now lost a load paying $4.50 per mile on 460 miles because of this fact. Someone educate me on the easiest and quickest options you are using. I'm working off wifi(mobile hotspot) currently

Have you tried putting them in Adobe and sign them there and send back to them.
ramblingman Thanks this. -
Ask them to hold it 30 minutes while you fill out the docs and send them "right over". I had two guys do that for me in the past month. Both turned out to be decent connections now too.

every time i try that I mess it up. So might be best option just have 2 learn how

Ya pretty much what I have been. Also getting ins sent within 5 mins so they know I'm not still shopping around.Dave_in_AZ and Scooter Jones Thank this.

Should be able to put an electronic signature on the documents without ever having to print / scan them. Should take less than 5 minutes.
Adobe is not the most friendly in this respect because the layers are not intuitive. On my Mac I use Preview for this type of stuff.Friday and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
You need a better scanner if you can only do 1 page at a time. Get one that has auto-feed so you just put the stack in the top and it does them all quickly.
Also if you are good at using a pdf editor... you should be able to do it without printing anything out. Get it done really quick.redoctober83 and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
Besides that the only two docs they REALLY want are the ins cert & broker/carrier agreement indemnifying them from from any responsibility whatsoever

Have YOUR paper work scanned and ssaved on a folder on your computer. Then you've already got it and simply just have to attach file to email. Maybe even just copy and past in to your email. Depending on what your using for email.
Have your stuff saved on a thumb drive too. In case computer malfunctions for whatever reason. AND, have saved on to your phone. Your phone will email and attach files also.
Do a google on how to turn your files into the adobe pdf format. Adobe is more advanced now and can do a lot more then years past. Everyone seems to be using adobe these days. Newer printers can now save your scans as pdf files. Part of the software that comes with the printer. My latest printer was only $40 from walmart. Came with adobe abilities, cloud abilities and wireless abilities.
And if you don't have it. Adobe or some type of program are available for phones. You can probably open their attachments, sign on your phone and send back.
Might be a lot to learn but once you get the hang of it. E Z PEASYgentran Thanks this.
