I sent this letter to jubitz truckstop today!

I have also been a longtime customer sense 1988..the last few times I've been in the Jake brake deli they have not had the chicken and rice bowls that I like..this time 5/16/17 they didn't have it again..and the last time I went to the restaurant..( I'm usually in to much of a hurry for that ) but again this time no chicken and rice bowl..so I ordered a double cheeseburger.went it was done I only got a single Patty hamburger..at a cost of 5.80 that with no french fries.a small hamburger for almost 6.00 is crazy..I have given jubitts enough tries to get it worked out..it seems they don't care.so just like you I'm finally done coming here.

I'm sorry for the treatment you received there and if you and your wife ever go through Portland again I want you to know you can park your rig on my street, right off of I-5 anytime. I don't drive trucks just a car but I have relatives that drive trucks and I've heard the stories. You guys and gals have a hard life. I would like you to have a better experience in Portland. I just discovered the cinema at Jubitz and I love it. It is so close and inexpensive to go to a movie there. I know this letter you wrote was in 2010 but bad service goes a long way. I hope Jubitz was able to rectify this problem they had with you. I'm a Christian and worked at a hospitality center for seafarers. We would take the men and sometimes their wives and children sightseeing, shopping, helping them with errands and such. I enjoyed this and miss it. I liked to hear their stories, learn of the different cultures, and I liked to share our beautiful scenery with them. I'll be happy to show you guys around.

 

I went there two years ago, and was very happy with the restaurant at the hotel. I had their weekend prime rib twice, and it was delish. Waitresses were very on top of their game. Truck stop was decent. Didn't go in there for much, other than to watch the Seahawks. Hopefully I will be going there again. I like my prime rib.
