so i guess they're all crooks, no truth to any aspect at all and nothing but presentation of false hope

If a company has to advertise to find employees, they definitely ain't paying $200k/yr.
MACK E-6 and Toomanybikes Thank this. -

All these Adds are 100% BS. Listen, who is going to prove what is advertised as a wage is actually false? Is the truck driver that was attracted to a company that offered these ridiculous come ons actually going to have the money to hire a lawyer to sue for false advertising after only pulling in a 1/10th of what the ad offers. It aint going to happen. These companies pull what ever number they can out of their ### and hope the fools they hire don't know any different.
Toothpick1, UsualSuspect and EZ Money Thank this. -
Why would a company driver get paid FSC? He/she doesn't pay for the fuel, so no need to give him the fuel surcharge. The ad in question is regarding team company drivers, not O/O's, L/P's and the various other letters of the alphabet used to describe those who already own their truck or are attempting to own it.fargonaz Thanks this.

So you're trying to assert USX has company driver split pay up to 82 CPM? That would be a heck of a deal. But we know that's not the case. This is obviously a "lease truck" ad so we can only pray that an FSC is added to the measly 83 CPM truck pay offered.
[which is why I asked if perhaps this was an old image found on the web from many years ago when low 80's was a common lease (rental) rate offered by megas and others] -
That is a current ad for company drivers. There are also ads from them in my area claiming Military Veterans can receive up to $82,000 your first year, while receiving on-the-job training.

So let's clear this up. USX is paying employee teams up to ("up to" may be the key words) 82 CPM [to split]? Yes or No?
Maybe 82 cpm on <100 mile loads on a wild sliding scale scheme.
