    We knew FLWs were going, just didn't know this soon. Next to go will be set runs, they don't play well with the optimizer. Only set runs i see remaining are claims runs.

    The reasons we were given last year for hiring more drivers

    1. Many retirements coming, aging driver group
    2. Cover increased time off due to switch to PTO
    3. Take better control of backhauls
    4.DECREASE USE OF DEDICATED TRUCKS

    Well I guess that didn't last long. ( we've also cut our hiring and now have "too many"tractors. )

    I wouldn't be suprised if everyone was put on a 5/2 5/3 program and no assigned tractor. Like you said set runs will be next
