Cry's racisim in this thread but in other threads starts off saying "Boss".

Seems like he wants to set himself up as a victim.

 

When you talk like a convict or slave in the old south that is what you are setting yourself up for.

You didn't say anything in your posts that suggested how they treated you was racist.

I hate to break it to you but lots of shippers and recivers treat drivers like crap and 99% of the time it has nothing to do with race of the driver.

 

I won't say racism isn't alive in the industry but, in my experience a natural prejudice towards truckers and truck drivers is far more rampant.
Fact is I've always been a bit amazed at how many people seem to think they can talk to and treat me anyway they see fit because I choose to drive a truck for a living.

I've encountered your situation so many times I couldn't even begin to count even being Caucasian. Ya know this one I went to enter this warehouse to use the john, it's one of those locked door and Plexiglas to communicate through situations.
So I knock and this gal behind the Plexiglas says and points to a porta potty in the corner of the parking lot " that's for YOU guys " in a very nasty tone.
This is just one example.
As much as I hate this saying... 'Trust me" it's more often a case of prejudice against you for you choosen line of work.
I've been to so many places as a driver that even if I walked in wearing a 3 piece suit speaking in the most professional manner they would still 'because they knew I was a driver' speak to you or me in a derogatory manner.
