Explosives Hauling Rates About To Come Down?

I heard Swift is "the bomb!"

 

Probably a Costco type load that has firework displays for the 4th. 1.4 G is Ammo and fireworks if I'm reading the cart correctly. Also needs to be more than 1,001 lbs.
I remember once I pulled a load around this time of year for Costco, but they gave me a sheet explaining why I don't need hazmat endorsement, or placards (less than 1,000 lbs)

i didn't notice it till you mentioned it a perfect square around the placard the white does not match. i don't really know why anyone would Photoshop that so i guess i didn't even look that close. let alone the placard isnt on the placard holder, not that that couldn't be the case without Photoshop but the square around the placard makes me agree with you that its a altered photo.
