Low pay even for a starter but they'll get you in a truck

In all seriousness the writing on the wall is in pretty bright letters.
This company is in serious financial trouble.
So much that the doors could close at any moment.

 

I'd pass on Celadon for now. Many drivers like working there, but right now they're having serious financial problems.
If you live in Indiana, there's other choices within the state.

 

Do you live North, South or Central Indiana?

 

SDIA seems to be the LTL's favorite school to hire on students.
Old Dominion recruits from them or so I've heard? Up for confirmation.

I went to C1 and had a really good experience but I wouldn't recommend any of the companies they'll try to send you to after you graduate.

You don't have to start at a mega if you need financing. There are many better options to get your CDL that are worth looking into.
Try Holland's dock to driver program, I think they're off Raymond street.
