    Chewy, you say that your drinking coffee
    No, you are drinking hot cocca with coffee and other stuff mixed in..
    Coffee is coffee, not a lattle capachino or what ever they call that crap or expresso. Coffee black please or for the east coast people, cream sugar and a dribble of coffee.

    @Chewy352
    If you don't like coffee,
    Try Tea,
    Some have as much or more caffeine than coffee.
    And all kinds of variations, flavors, etc. no need to be a production to make it, hot water and bag!! go.

    Oxbow, MJ1657, johndeere4020 and 3 others Thank this.

    Never liked tea either. I love my white monsters though. Ultimately I just hope to get used to the early mornings. About a year or so ago I had pretty much cut out all caffeine and I felt great. I was never tired as long as I got 6 to 8 hours sleep. These early mornings kick my butt though no matter how much sleep I get.

    That's the timeframe that's hard for me too. Whether I'm starting at that time or running around the clock. Soon as day breaks I'm "woke as ####" as the youngsters say today..

    I've started leaving 15 minutes earlier too. I'll get an hour or two down the road and climb in back for a power nap. Does wonders for me.

    Running the night shift, I start usually around between 1 pm to 3 pm. I'm good all night till I start seeing the sun trying to break in the east. I start to see the sky go from black to dark blue....thats when I'm needing to go to bed.

    Chewy, a BIG chaw of Redman keeps me motivated if I'm lacking power.
