Ok so I'm disqualified for that company I will just try another company in a month because I know it's been over 5 months since last use but my weight factored in never properly flushed my system
-
NO! Your disqualified until you finish the SAP/return to duty process. This is not something that just goes away with time. This means ALL carriers.
-
Oh ok so it's not on my dac report now but once mro reports it will back positive to the school they will put it on my dac report for failed pre hire
-
5 months is not that long. Make sure you are clean next time. And if you want in this business stay off and away from drugs. Most drivers here not gonna care what excuses you makebuddyd157 Thanks this.
-
will do thanks a lot but question am I disqualified for trying to go into another school or company because of this failed test at the school even though I was not hired
-
NO its not on DAC. Re read my first post. This technical, if you don't put it on an application most likely the school and /or company will never know.
-
Ok thanks a lot
-
Every trucking company or school you will apply to is going to ask if you have EVER failed or refused a drug test. The moment you lie, you're disqualified. They will find out, I promise you that.
buddyd157 and Highway_Executive Thank this. -
Ok I mean the recruiter told me that I could come back in 6 months but don't wanna wait
