I've heard good things a it Landstar, I believe it was called. Saw a screencap of a Qualcomm load that was 4000 miles loaded and 423 or so miles deadhead. That's one load. That's your whole week planned out for you there.

I heard bad stuff about Landstar. I did 1 load for them and it turned out to be a huge abortion. Great wide us also a big dud.

There are good and bad loads at any company. While I was at May Trucking, I found it was best for me to haul a bad load and move onto the next load. When you drive 120,000 miles a year the affect of some lost time or revenue becomes history and does not cause failure of your contract. I completed two lease purchase contracts before I retired due to severe night blindness other wise I would still be there.
During my years as a trucker I works for some dishonest companies. It didn't bother me to quit on the spot. I could always find another job. There was no such thing as dac taking the companies side without getting the whole story and causing difficulty for getting here on he next job.Whiteline64 Thanks this. -
