Definitely finding a new dealer. They keep telling me their hands are tied. It's up to Transcraft/Benson engineers to figure it out. I can see that, but at least put some heat on them.
Haven't really had the best of luck with any truck or trailer dealers after the sale.Vampire, shooter19802003, snowman_w900 and 3 others Thank this. -

I had an issue with the S Cam shaft on my infinity when I first got it and not really knowing who to take it to, the first shop I went with did me like these guys are treating you. 2 weeks to before they even started the repairs. It wasnt until I had a face to face with a heated discussion to light their fire and they finally got it done.
Found a new shop and have been getting excellent service with them. So definitely sounds like you are not a priority to the people at this shop.

Having same problem with a 2016 48' Benson with lift axle. Could use more info on your warranty fix. Thanks
-
Was the dealer Kentucky Service parts & Equipment, LLC ?
-
Sounds like you lifted the rear axle with a load on.

I drag a Rietnouer 48' Spread Axle Big Bubba. Trailer has somewhere around 800,000 miles on it, hauling steel coils.
I'm considering getting it re-aligned when I get issued my new to me truck next month. Oh! And I had to replace a marker light last week.
Rietnouer for tha win!Vampire, shooter19802003 and stwik Thank this.
