Thank You as for now he has fuel to hopefully make it home...But I will contact you if the situation changes

 

Perhaps I'm in the minority here but I think I'd go ahead and put enough fuel in it just to get home. Not that it's really fair to him as it's more money out of his pocket BUT you leave the truck somewhere and something happens i.e. damaged, stolen, broken into, towed etc whomever comes looking for it is probably gonna try to pin that back on him as it was last in his possession...

 

Yup... always the driver's fault.

 

I agree with people saying that Omni could say he abandoned the truck...under normal conditions but as we know, this situation is not normal and in all reality he is still an "employee" of Omni....He has not quit or been fired and with the bankruptcy already filled the owner of the trucks is the court until the Bankruptcy is finalized

 

Well if he makes it home with the truck he becomes a secured creditor.

 

All i can say is this makes 2 weeks they have not paid me.
