Not exactly. The owner of Arrow Trucking was Doug Pielsticker, I believe he's still in jail. The President (not the owner) of Arrow Trucking was Thomas Witt. Thomas Witt became President at Roehl, and then became an owner and President of Omni Specialized.

Tom Witt was with Arrow back when this all happened with them, but he was not the owner. He worked there and was one of the higher ups there as well.

I saw an Omni trk bobtail last night at the J here in Davenport about midnight when we were coming back from the casino. Don't ask..
