Bluetooth headset for talking and texting

The FMCSA prohibits texting using manual input. Voice control is OK as long as you pay attention to the road.

 

I haven't had that problem, but am on my second one due to the bluetooth connection getting flakey after about 2 yrs of use. The battery lasts the 4-5 days I'm out each week, so I really don't connect the charging cable much in the first place, which may have helped.

On the plus side, it's absolutely the best for being able to hear the other party clearly in a noisy cab. Their customer service is also hands down awesome. They also have a lifetime discount program if your headset fails out of warranty. The new one costs about half of the new price, and includes a shipping label to return the old one.

 

I have had Plantronics for the last couple of years.

The good; The sound quality is terrific!

The bad; No range, no battery life, weird chargers, and connection problems with Verizon phones.

 

i got a blue parrot paired to my iphone. headset is amazing and i use siri on the iphone to email, text, call and read my emails and text to me. i never have to touch the phone at all.

 

Is it me or does the blue parrot 350 have its perk on an iPhone? Seems mine does, customer service says it's only on the iPhone it has its perks due to the software.
