    start tracing wires man and check your flashers make sure they haven't broke down

    #1 Bad or wrong bulb in light.

    #2 Bad socket that bulb fits into.
    Remove the bulb and look into the socket. Corrosion will a lot of times get in there and cause the part that moves up and down and makes connections get stuck, not letting the spring push the contacts up aganist the bottom of the bulb.

    Look at the contact points in the socket and the bottom of the bulb. If they are not rounded out, but are concave, then the bulb has not been getting good connections, and has been getting hot.

    You can buy the inside part at parts stores, and just replace that instead of the whole light.

    #3 Check wire from light forward to truck.

    we figured it out its the turn signal switch itself - when its held up hard the turn signal will work. any ideas where i can get
