You do realize that attitude has a lot to do with our success as drivers?? Maybe that was part of Dappers problem at all the mega carriers he's tried out???

 

It doesn't matter ultimately. The fact is, more experienced drivers find Celadork leaving a bad taste in their mouth than dont. They came in and bout the company I was working for, then slowly wrecked what was left of it. I lasted 9 months under Celadork, then had to go. Celadork then lost the contracts they bought us for. The reason given me by one of the shippers "they thought they could come in here and jack the rate up after a year. Notice they no longer have a trailer pool on site?"

Good luck with them. I do truly wish you well, but as with any company, watch your back.

You keep talking about attitude. Do you think the drivers at Arrow had a bad attitude before their fuel cards were shut off? The allegations are that Celedon's management falsified financial reports to hide the true financial health. If this is proven to be true, no amount of good attitude will keep a driver in a job that doesn't exist.

 

Laaylor is celadon upper management posing as a driver on a truckers forum. I no longer see any point in arguing with her

 

I've heard it all before and answered it all in other posts. Get over it: what happened happened: yes; it sux; but the circumstances are totally different from what Arrow and Omni went thru..personally, I am prepared if something happens; but I am relatively confident the circumstances are totally different from what happened at Arrow and Omni....

 

You're right, your situation is different. The drivers now have knowledge of what will be coming their way.
