I'm working for a Russian company

Ok, I figured by rookie that you meant like 3 months. Still hard to believe but sounds #### good.

 

I know of a Russian Owner (non-operator) that claims to pay his drivers $300/day flat rate.

Says he has 2 trucks and nets $7K for his family while chilling at home.

I can't argue, coz heck, I don't even have my own truck yet. All I can do is listen & observe.

I work for a guy from Belarus and consider it a dream job...for me anyway.

I run one long haul a week from Detroit to either Dallas, Denver or all points Florida..Leave normally on Saturday and back by Wednesday.Once back I can run milk trailers (quad axle ) in state.

I run 3,500 miles a week give or take and average $1,500 per week...If all the stars are aligned I can make $1,800.

Was given a factory fresh Volvo with a Cummins 500hp and 13 speed manual...Zero BS..no micromanagement mega-carrier crap at all. All he said was put a million miles on it.

His skin color is different than mine as are his religious beliefs yet we both believe in having a fat wallet.

As far as benefits go...I get a paid vacation after a year because I opted to be paid via W-2. Medical and retirement investments I can afford on my own.
