The sad thing is the neck on the old man's mid 80's Wabash rgn is almost a carbon copy. It's one miserable p.o.s to hook back up if you split it anywhere other than hard LEVEL ground.

The thing has a habit of making you look like a retard from time to time. And it's usually when you've got and audience at a tractor pull........

Made locally... only thing I know. One of my neighbors works there (welder).

I don't know #### about lowboys. But they make non-ground bearing setups too...

Like I said, never seen one, don't know anything about them, but the one in the picture doesn't appear to be a ground bearing one to me.

Definitely short wells on them, just posted it so if anybody had use for a smaller RGN they might be able to pick one up cheap.

I brought 2 of them up from FL to Grand Prairie AB a few years ago
(one two axle and one triaxle) and I found them to be a heavy contractors trailer.
The guy I brought them to thought them a great deal and said that they would
be good for the back road/ oilfield lease work he did.
I unloaded them in his yard beside an old d7, d6,and two new JD 270 hoes and he said he
was waiting for two new JD dozers.

When they fist came out (Early to mid '90s I think), they had a bad habit of breaking half in to. Usually happened right behind where the neck attached. I guess they were using cheap steel. I haven't heard of that happening in recent years.

They are just a rough trailer and probably shouldn't be loaded near rated capacity. They may be ok or some contractor that beats the heck out of his trailer anyway but I wouldn't want one. Another thing that's suspect is they have to sell them by auction to get somebody to buy one.
