DAC Report Issue

We were turning into a rest area during a blizzard because our windshield was iced over and our wipers were covered in ice. We had to turn left and go across a lane of traffic. There was a white mustang that was coming towards us neither myself or my trainer saw it. She said she hit the back corner or our trailer. There was no damage to our trailer and we didn't feel anything. Her car had some damage to the right hand front fender, although this could have been caused by hitting the guardrail, which is what our fleet manager even suggested. Anyway, the state trooper gave me a $89 ticket for failure to yield right of way. The lady later went on Facebook and suggested I should die for causing her to damage her Mustang.

I'm a woman, and so was the other driver. She pitched a fit, I was more or less silent because I was scared.

 

I was on the road for 50,000 miles worth. About 2 months.

 

I would say I agree if she wasn't so serious about it.
