Are those going to power a 230w powerbrick? That's what mine is.

By the if. way this is the first time using your hot spot you'll need to left click on same icon which I'm sure you know will bring up the list of available networks.
Then you need to click on your phones network that's showing on that list and enter your password once your logged in or depending you might see the connect automatically box then or you might have to bring up the list again and click on your network and click the box that says connect automatically. -
It sees it, excepts password, but will not connect.

Well if you've done the troubleshoot too and still not working the only thing I can think of is this and it's kinda odd... This one time I was having the same issue and it turned out to be my own anti viruse was keeping me from logging in on my hotspot but I could use a regular WiFi hot spot ,
Once I up dated my Kaspersky it then allowed me to sign in with my hotspot , yeah I know weird but true.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Actually I was thinking while I was chasing down this empty. In pretty sure I booted in safe mode and then I was able to log in and update Kaspersky.
-
That would be SAFE MODE W/ NETWORKING. Not just safe mode
-
Also another time , don't recall the exact issue but I had to call Verizon and they found a problem in my hotspot settings that needed correcting.
-
I'VE GOT IT !!!!!!!!!
