Company is a joke leases his trucks to anyone who will have him... team operation but can't keep or find 2 drivers to run together... owner goes by Andy not is real name... he's a arrogant you know what.... steals keeps your last paycheck. Makes every excuse to not pay you. Does this to every driver who quits his company... karma is a ##### I didn't get mad but I've gotten more than even !!!!!! Still owes me $1479 to this day... don't waste your time with that LOSER

 

Not much to say. I don't know who you/he was leased to... It was panther I was under.. Get all your logs from whoever for the time frame you worked but did not get paid. When you win not only does he have to pay you he has to pay your legal fees.. $3500 is too much to steal from someone.. I'm used to crooks/theives in this business. I've learned if it's 1099 it's not worth your time. GOOD LUCK
