    Doesn't matter where you buy it if the tax rate is added to the ifta rate due...

    So when can we expect decent roads in Indiana? I have this sneaky suspicion very little of the tax will actually get spent on building quality roads... it might suck a little less if they put out a schedule of what they are going to do and when it will get done. I guess that could be construed as accountability... can't have that!
