Jarod would be the one to talk to at Centerline...I think there is a little more formal briefings on company policy and stuff now...I run my butt off on these Canadian turn arounds, but Thats how i like to roll. Figure if im gonna be away from home, might as well make as many miles as possible...cke, Dublought, Crusader66 and 1 other person Thank this.

That's not bad at all for a flatbed delivery.

Wow! I somehow missed this thread. Congrats! The best thing I ever did was go flatbed right out the gate. I had been around local refer deliveries all my life in some form. When I decided to buy my own truck and trailer I knew it would be flatbed or nothing. After 2 years you couldn't get me to pull a box!!! At 1.5 years the securement and tarping got perty quick now. The first year was a struggle but always felt accomplished once done and rolling down the road. The coustemers seem WAY better in flatbed too as a rule.

What's the plan for compliance come December? I hope your company isn't planning on installing e-logs at the last minute. My company started the transition, with a wide variety of owner operator trucks. Many trucks can't log properly until the device supplier sends a new update. My device can't read my ECM. Right now I am using e-logs "for training purposes only" and will not certify my e-logs until it can automatically record driving time. I stay on paper logs and certify only paper, while mirroring my e-logs as close as possible.
Staying on paper until the last minute is likely going to be a fiasco.negativecold13 and Razororange Thank this.
