Fuel hauler paying by the hour

Was more like backed up big time dispatch told me the next morning they had 15 loads given back buy the time I went home. I lost two and half hours to the rack had four loads and still got done under twelve hours lol.

 

Nope I just left that company. Got offered more plus paid benefits for another company in my area.

 

I had that united load before the power went out. I actually had just pulled off the rack and was walking to get the Bol when power went out. So I had to wait an hour and a half just to get my Bol.

 

Island Transport in my area starts at $25hr with no fuel hauling exp.

 

Superior Tank Lines in my area starts trainees out at $18/hr.

 

Yeah if ya can make it 3 months to get in the Union! Company owned of course! I saw a guy a mouth, every month I was there fired for petty things! Their write-up happy too! Left after 9 months, nights and weekends suck after awhile!

 

Well that sucks. I was encouraged to apply but something told me to wait because they were posting job ads too frequently. Even now I think they have a wanted ad on Indeed. I'm getting desperate to leave schneider though because they're just about pissing me off.

 

So I had a interview over at LAT 2wks ago and all went well. Hiring manager calls me the day before my drive test and tells me they are no longer hiring. He tells me there gardena terminal is which is United Oil. He asks me if im still interested he will transfer my application to United oil and I said yes. I have already passed drive test with United and all other tests. Just waiting on there call. My question is if im making a right decision with these guys? My current job just offered me Fri Sat as my off days so kind of having second thoughts.

 

Anybody know if Tesoro is considering changing from hourly to load pay
