I'm leased on to Schneider National, and am pretty happy. Chose your own loads, go where you want when you want. If you own your own truck, I'd look into them

 

Unless you work the loadbord, that's how you make the money, great widens good to use authority. If you leave the employee mindset and take your business in your hand, book your own loads then your good. I'd you fail it's on you. To many adults 2ith kid mindsets
