@audeygdad I think @MACK E-6 was referring to this link.
I started back after a 30 year hiatus and am loving it. You're not too old man.

Not too old at all. I drove for McElroy and knew a guy there that was 70. Tall and thin fella but he worked his nuts off. I always ran into him and always asked if he needed help but that guy could tarp faster than I could lol. It's hard work for sure but I'd say you'll be fine. Keeps you in good condition to boot. They're a good outfit.

And you deserve to be. I did Transport America, USX, and FedEx/Linehaul. Cut my teeth the hard way, too.
Found this current gig on a SIGN .. side of the road. Almost 8 years later, yeah~! ;) I feel ya, though.. You deserve to be picky..and/or get lucky.

    Best wishes, for sure!

My wife's uncle retired at 79.... her aunt kinda "made /coerced" him, bought him a membership, a golf cart, and a gift certificate for custom Pal Joey clubs. (that's my wife's family, too..). What more does a guy need, LoL?!? We've got some really nice links here in Ohio. Wife says it's a wimpy sport but...what does SHE know?!? ;)
He drove for Decker out of Willard, Ohio for 30 years; was a Lexington cop before that, and owned his own Texaco station somewhere in between. Hauled MTD mowers and parts, happily. Still alive and kicking (on the links these days, LoL..)

79 years old until retirement. Wow. Good for him. May the wind always be at his back, and the greens freshly mowed for him.
