lol, You'll see one day...........That $1000 you booked will go in the pocket of a mechanic once youir radiator goes......
If you have no intention or desire to work on your own truck- You'll just "get by" financially In todays climate.
Besides....You'll get to know your truck better- AND its good exercise and keeps a positive image about you and your truck.
If youi choose to spend tens of thousands on shops to fix your truck, Thats your business- its just not smart with a 1 truck operation. -
Glad to know that I'm not smart and barley getting by financially. One truck and one trailer, 95% of my mechanic work is at a shop.
IJL of Indiana and nightgunner Thank this. -
I think you're missing the point. Instead of spending a day replacing the radiator (assuming I knew how to do it and invested $1000's in all the tools) to save $500-600 in labor I'd rather work an extra day and put close to $1000 in my pocket. That's why I didn't buy a truck with 1,500,000 miles.
You really have no idea about my expenses or my gross including gross per mile to say I'll just be getting by. And finally having a 1-truck operation was never my goal when staring this businessJL of Indiana Thanks this. -
Build a reputation and they will be throwing money at you.
