Recently I bought this truck and it was running ok at first. Or what I thought was ok. Then I started having problems with the Engine light coming on. I noticed that it started to drive bad and I was loosing power when the light came on. Then the light would go off then it was business as usual. So for some reason I thought it was a electrical problem. Whenever I turned on the Marker Lights it tend to happen. So the dealer had me to take it to a shop they deal with. After telling them this. They put the computer to it using the International program and it came up with nothing. Then they used a generic program (that I can't remember) and it pulled up all kinds of codes. So the mechanic cleared them out. Then ran it again and it pulled up the code for the No. 1 lifter and the Turbo Actuator. But against what the computer said. The shop said it was the wiring harness. So they replaced it. I go and pick it up. I be doggon it is doing the same thing. But, I went on and dealt with it because wasn't acting too bad. So I had another tech to look at it. Of course it came up with the same codes. So he rest or set the linkage, clean the anti freeze sensor and put some Sea Foam in it because he said he didn't like the sound of the motor. He turns on and it idles a little different then what I am use to so I think it is all good. So the next morning I get it and let it warm up. So I get out on the street and it is dragging. Im thinking maybe it is the Sea Foam working and it is not up to normal temp. So I get down the road and there is no improvement. Then the light comes back on. So p/o'ed is not the true was to describe how my mental state is right now.

Well after $4000.00 later. Come to find out it was the Turbo. Not that the parts people at Southwest International wasn't trying to make it easy for me. #-holes. Got it changed out by my mechanic and it runs like a top. I hated to spend the money but it was worth it.
