    I worked at TMC. Was in the top 10 drivers on my fleet managers board, and top 30% of all line haul drivers. They brought me into a class on my short(34hours) weekend. Did not pay me or reimburse my in any way for lost time and fuel to drive to the class. During the class they insulted me and asked me what a "Man" was. I kind of looked at them funny. Next thing I know they are pulling me into their main campus in iowa, and very harshly told me to get my belongings out of their truck and get off their property. I was stuck in iowa for 3 days trying to get a car to drive home. I know this sounds funny, but it is the truth. This is how they treat their drivers!

    I love it when these incredibly one sided posts pop up. Not that I doubt TMC would do something like that BUT gives us the full story though!

    Assuming for the moment this is true, I believe the idea there may be to drill into new recruits the notion that only the best get to drive for TMC.
