I have been here three years. In that time we got one brand new Kenworth tandem, the rest have been hand me downs. Don't get me wrong, our used stuff is nicer than some companies get brand new.

Can you give a guy any leads on a job in Vegas so I can convince my ex that Vegas for a year will be more adventurous than West Texas? -
I know Werner, Bennett, & Central Oregon Trucking Co are in need of drivers in Vegas. However, Texas is a serious hotbed for truckers especially in oil, bull haul & HH as you probably already know especially including in the Permian area with ACMEOxbow Thanks this.

So listen to the advice they are giving. Go work for a company that can give you experience in the field you wish to pursue.
If you do that then you'll realize how ludicrous your request for info on becoming a rookie HH'er in the 400K range is. -
Seriously, again?
You are the Honarary King @Rontonio, because you're far too nice to actually be an A hole, I on the other hand...
...it's best I just keep my comments audible instead of literary...(p.s., yes it's a laugh riot, now knock it off. You know who this is for)

I'll definitely continue to listen to the advice given on here. Been applying to ATS, Bennett, Midwest Heavy Haul, & a few others. I just do flatbed

I do have a suggestion for the sake of civility.
Sticky ONE thread, and link all these ridiculous hero, gonna set the HH world on fire, question threads inside of it. Keep the minefield self contained.Dye Guardian, Professional Passenger, CharlieK and 9 others Thank this. -
Good to see you on here HH. Though I do not necessarily agree with your opinions 100 percent of the time, I value them 100 percent of the time.
I managed to make it home tonight to irrigate and give my bride a break. I have a half an hour before needing to move water and thought I'd check in here.
It sounds like business is picking up for everyone; I hope the same is true for you as well!Airborne, cke, Juggernaut85 and 4 others Thank this. -
If anyone agrees with me 100% of the time, then they're even more f*d up than I am.
I'm headed your & @cnsper's way this week. Loading in Tacoma and going across I90 in WA, ID to MT and up north with a Dozer.Last edited: Jul 29, 2017
cke, Juggernaut85, passingthru69 and 5 others Thank this. -
I'll be back on our stream channel restoration job out of Kamiah, ID...... guessing you won't choose that route (Hwy 12). Came home today through Lolo, must be a pretty good size fire on the Montana side judging from the amount of support they have set up there.cke, passingthru69, Ruthless and 2 others Thank this.
