    i was averaging over 6k miles a week runnin team, its technically 28cpm. my partner was also gettin 14cpm, we both were gettin paid off each other miles. if he run 600 miles for the day, i get paid for those miles aswell vice versa when i get drive 600 miles for the day

    No matter how you explain it you where getting robbed and enslaved for 5 straight months. That is only $840 a week before TAXES for 7 days of work. That's only $120 a day $12 an hour straight time, or $10 an hour with overtime. That's insane I wouldn't be telling anyone this I would be embarrassed. You must live in a small town where rent is $300 a month. I live in NYC I would be homeless with a paycheck like that.

    You said it well.
    The drivers for all the big megas ( England, Swift, Knight, Conway, Schneider, etc.) are all getting absolutely screwed and nobody cares to write much about it. Mostly, they just seem to stick around for a year or so and then move on and up to working the drive thru at Mcdonalds.
    Driving OTR for any big mega company is nothing less than compliant slavery.
