Vaping a much healthier alternative to smoking. The juice is made up of food grade FDA approved ingredients; vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, and flavoring. And nicotine of course. It is a nicotine delivery source without all the extra carcinogens and tar and what not. There is a tank that holds the juice, a coil that heats said juice to a point of vaporizing, and then there is a mod which is the power source to heat the coil. It a lot healthier than a traditional cigarette and improves quality of breathing when switching from smoking to vaping. I smoked cigarettes for 3 years, started when I was 14. I got a job next door to a vape store and they set me up with my first kit. After about a week I could notice a significant improvement in my breathing and how I felt overall. Ive been vaping now for 4 years and Ive tried a cigarette here and there in between and they taste like dog #### now that Ive gotten used to the cleaner alternative.
